What We ‘re Looking For:
Prosperty is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented senior sales professional to join our team as a Senior Manager for REO Sales. This pivotal leadership position will be instrumental in driving business expansion, optimizing the REO sales workflow, and catalyzing significant advancements within the institutional real estate sector. You will collaborate closely with prominent stakeholders, operators, and investors to achieve impactful outcomes, leveraging Prosperty’s extensive digital capabilities and nationwide footprint.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Develop a sales plan for each REO asset to achieve targets and objectives and monitor the performance on an ongoing basis.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our institutional clients, including financial institutions, NPL/REO Servicers, and investors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to maximize the value of their REO assets.
- Produce regular reports and conduct meetings with key institutional clients to discuss the progress and performance of assigned assets.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of sales strategies, aligning with the sales plan and respective KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management Team to gather asset information and ensure the readiness and availability for sale.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns, ensuring effective marketing and promotion of the REO assets across all available and suitable channels (online, offline, partnerships).
- Monitor lead generation and funnel handling to take corrective measures.
- Oversee the entire sales process and funnel, from the initiation of asset onboarding for commercialization, ensuring availability for sale, and coordinating sales efforts, all the way through to the successful closing of transactions.
- Collaborate with internal/external Sales Teams and the 3rd party network across Greece to ensure effective sales outcomes.
What You ‘ll Need:
- Proven track record of success in sales, ideally in B2B sectors.
- Real Estate sales experience is desired but not mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree is desired.
- Proven experience in effectively managing and nurturing senior-level B2B client relationships.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering value to clients.
