What We ‘re Looking For:
Are you passionate about being the single point of contact with homeowners and transmitting our values and vision as a platform? We are on the lookout for a Real Estate Listing Specialist to be the driving force behind our expanding Sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to make a significant impact, this role is for you!
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Focus on establishing exclusive agreements with property owners to represent them in the sale of their real estate assets.
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of properties to determine their market value.
- Analyze market trends, comparable sales data, and property conditions to provide accurate pricing recommendations to clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates on market activity, showing feedback, and sales progress.
- Prepare and review all necessary legal documents, contracts, and disclosures related to property transactions.
- Develop customized marketing plans tailored to each property in collaboration with the in-house marketing department.
- Conduct reporting to Head of Sales or clients about the listing status, so we can maintain our good customer service standing.
What You ‘ll Need:
- Sales-oriented mentality.
- Strong organization skills, with an ability to plan and stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics is preferred for the position, but it is not mandatory.
- Proficient in Excel for creating impactful reports.
- Detail-oriented, capable of orchestrating complex processes effortlessly.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey our vision and opportunities.
- Computer literate with a proficiency in using various software tools.
