Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Real Estate Consultant who will be the connection between buyers and sellers. Duties involve promoting properties, consulting buyers and sellers and exceeding their expectations.
What will you do?
- Guide and support all involved parties interested in buying, selling or renting properties at the best price and on the best possible terms
- Investigate and document customers’ needs and match those to suitable properties which fulfil their criteria
- Guide owners on how to best promote their property
- Perform properties’ valuation through Prosperty’s state-of-the-art data and technology tools
- Perform property viewings on-line or/and physically to potential buyers / tenants
- Collaborate with the rest of Prosperty Teams, to ensure effectiveness and optimum properties’ promotion
- Promote properties individually via social media means, create and maintain a network within the Real Estate market
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of market trends and best practices
What skills do you need to have?
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with using technology tools and databases
- Excellent use of the English language (or/and other languages)
- Customer orientation and ability to create unique customer experiences
