What We’re Looking For:
As an Automations & Integrations Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain workflows that connect our internal systems, tools, and customer-facing platforms. You’ll play a key role in automating processes, integrating systems, and improving operational efficiency across teams.
This role requires hands-on experience with automation platforms (such as n8n or Make) and strong collaboration skills to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows using n8n or similar orchestration tools.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into Prosperty’s ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and logging mechanisms to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing automations and integrations.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of workflows and integrations.
- Stay current with emerging tools and technologies related to automation and integration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for custom scripting and automation logic.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and connecting them in workflows.
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate business needs into automated processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
