Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to work alongside team members, collaborating on various layers of infrastructure for developing and maintaining the codebase of our products.
You will be responsible for developing new features and extending existing features of our web applications. You will also be required to understand all aspects of our platform, develop high quality code, perform code reviews and conform to the latest best practices.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to innovate, develop and scale our products with the use of modern front-end technologies and best practices
- Work on bug fixes and improvements during each cycle
- Identify and troubleshoot performance and maintenance issues
- Continuously modernize our software, processes and tools, in collaboration with product designers and backend developers
What skills and experience do you need to have?
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar engineering role
- Solid experience in VueJs v3 (composition API), Pinia and Typescript
- Solid experience in HTML, CSS and Sass
- Experience in large scale Web development projects
- Ability to create, modify, and style responsive pages based on design mockups (using Figma)
- Experience with standard data structures, like JSON, XML
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, Git, etc.
- Full understanding of the RESTful architecture and goals
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Experience in JavaScript bundlers
- Familiar with real time technologies
- Familiar with working with Eslint, Prettier and similar tools
- Strong problem solving experience
- Ability to work independently, as well as with others, under agile methodologies
- Good organizational skills & effective time management
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Growth mindset for a start-up environment
- High level of integrity & strong work ethic
What’s nice to have?
- An eye for UX, user interaction and good design
- Experience with JS testing frameworks
- Understanding of OOP SOLID principles
- Experience building CMS solutions
- Experience with Quasar or similar UI frameworks
- Experience with Nuxt Vue Framework
