What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator to support the commercial management of real estate portfolios for institutional clients. You will be responsible for the coordination of asset promotion, performance tracking, and client communication. This is a highly cross-functional role, ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal reports on a weekly and monthly basis, including commercial performance, campaign outcomes, and departmental revenue
- Provide external reporting to clients, summarizing portfolio activity, including promotional actions taken and the current marketability status of each property
- Handle all back-office tasks related to documentation, submission deadlines, and client updates
- Communicate directly with clients, offering continuous support and updates
- Maintain and monitor real estate portfolios, ensuring proper promotion and visibility of properties in collaboration with Marketing team
- Execute cross-selling initiatives using existing buyer databases (e.g. email outreach)
- Conduct area mapping and local outreach (including cold calls or emails to businesses or local investors)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office tools
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Comfortable communicating with clients and external contacts
- Exposure to cold calling or outbound outreach is desirable
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with attention to detail
