Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Real Estate Consultant who will act as a bridge between buyers and sellers. Responsibilities include promoting properties, guiding buyers and sellers, and providing top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting properties to potential buyers/tenants, preparing property suggestions that match client criteria, and continuous follow-up with CRM updates.
- Taking on new properties and clients, along with evaluating/assessing properties based on market standards.
- Offering consulting services to property owners to help them promote their properties optimally.
- Identifying client needs and finding properties that fully meet their criteria.
- Guiding and supporting clients (owners, buyers, renters) to achieve successful sales or leases under the best possible terms.
- Maintaining relationships and collaborating with the sales team to strengthen deals.
- Working with all departments of the company to enhance efficiency and strategic property promotion.
- Promoting and networking via social media and maintaining an active presence in the real estate market.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and best practices to leverage experience and new developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with technology systems and databases
- Excellent command of English (and possibly additional languages)
- Ability to offer top-quality service and create a unique customer experience
- Outstanding communication skills
