What We ‘re Looking For:
Prosperty is in search of a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, help the business to improve & maintain all ad accounts across our digital channels and create & present reports for our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation across digital channels such as SEM, paid social, display advertising, email marketing
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to meet business objectives, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, creative development, and performance tracking.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign elements such as ad creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and messaging.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
• Set up any new reporting dashboards based on business requirements
• Identify and explore new growth opportunities and channels to expand our customer base and reach.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital channels.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok ads etc.
• Advanced skills in setting up reporting dashboards in Google Looker Studio, Microsoft Power BI or similar platforms
• Experience in managing a team of performance marketing professionals, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve their full potential is nice to have.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
