What We’re Looking For:
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to join our REO team.
The ideal candidate will support the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and legalization processes of real estate assets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and PropTech sector, working closely with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and legalization (N.4495/17) process of REO properties.
- Collect, verify, and organize technical documents and data related to each property.
- Assist in coordinating external engineers and other partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support communication with engineers, legal advisors, notaries, and public authorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal databases and reports.
- Monitor progress of assigned assets and follow up with partners when needed.
- Learn and gradually take on more responsibility in technical reviews and legalization processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Up to 2 year of experience in technical or real estate-related projects (internships included).
- Basic knowledge of legalization processes (N.4495/17) and urban planning regulations is a plus, not a requirement.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.
