What We’re Looking For:
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Civil Engineer to join our REO team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and supervising the Technical Due Diligence and legalization process of real estate assets, ensuring technical accuracy, legal compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the complete Technical Due Diligence (TDD) & legalization process for REO properties, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate external engineers, ensuring timely delivery of technical reports and required documentation for each asset.
- Ensure all technical actions comply with agreed SLAs and that service requests are properly documented and communicated within the REO team.
- Collect, verify, organize, and upload technical documents and data related to each property.
- Communicate with external partners (engineers, legal advisors, notaries) and manage relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress of assigned assets, follow up proactively with engineers and vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Review and validate deliverables related to the legalization (Ν.4495/17) and technical condition of the properties.
- Track and manage costs and invoices, ensuring alignment between internal budgets and external partner expenses.
- Maintain reports and internal records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date property status at all times.
- Support additional administrative or technical tasks as assigned by the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project supervision, preferably in real estate or structural/property-related projects.
- Proven experience in building legalization processes (Ν.4495/17) and familiarity with Greek urban planning legislation and processes.
- Familiarity with property documentation, contracts, and collaboration with urban planning authorities, notaries, and external consultants.
- Hands-on experience using AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assets and coordinate several external partners simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, with a structured and methodical work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset – able to maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently, demonstrating initiative and responsibility in managing assigned tasks.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop professionally within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
