Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Business Analyst (with Process Design experience) to work closely with our clients, understand their business needs, and translate them into clear and actionable functional specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional Product Development teams to structure and coordinate project delivery, break work into milestones, and communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
A key part of this role is the design, documentation, and continuous optimization of clients’ business processes, using BPMN notation to ensure full alignment and seamless integration with our proprietary software solutions. You will play a critical role in bridging business objectives with technical execution, driving efficiency, clarity, and impact through well-structured process flows.

What will you do?
- Run workshops with customers to understand their needs, and capture them into functional specification documents for the Product Development teams
- Collaborate and coordinate with Product Development teams to plan project delivery, define milestones, and report on their progress to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Design and optimize business processes using BPMN, aligned with our software products.
- Analyze and troubleshoot the live processes executed on our workflow engine
What skills do you need to have?
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills to understand and represent client needs
- At least 2 years of professional experience in planning, leading and reporting on projects involving multiple software teams
- Proficiency in designing business processes and procedures, involing software product integrations, using BPMN
What’s nice to have?
The following will be considered a strong plus:
- Experience working with and troubleshooting workflow engines (preferably Camunda Platform)
- Experience in using web service APIs and scripting languages to enhance the functionality of business processes.
