Who are we looking for:
As a Senior Product Designer at Prosperty, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our diverse clientele. From designing intuitive interfaces to creating seamless interactions, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our products to life. If you’re passionate about pushing boundaries, embracing challenges, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you.
What will you do:
- Collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate concepts into user-centric designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms.
- Champion best practices in UX/UI design, conducting user research, and gathering feedback to iterate on designs effectively.
- Drive innovation through creative problem-solving, exploring new ideas and approaches to enhance product functionality and aesthetics.
- Actively participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What skills do you need to have:
- 4+ years of experience working in product design, preferably for a marketplace or products for direct consumer interaction.
- Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Ability to create prototypes and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within scope.
- Prior experience in tech or proptech is a plus.
- Experience in dashboards design would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in Greek: the role involves regular interactions with Greek-speaking stakeholders, and a strong command of the Greek language is essential to ensure effective communication
