What will you do?
We are looking for a Customer Solutions Manager (with a blend of Customer Success, Business Analysis & Project Management responsibilities) to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the voice of the Customer, ensuring a seamless journey from onboarding to renewal, driving value through tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
You will work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into functional specifications and ensure that our platform and services are aligned with each client’s business objectives.
You will also lead the design and optimization of customer-specific processes using BPMN, manage complex solution implementations, and guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while proactively monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Client-Facing Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for the Customer, building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction from onboarding to renewal.
- Serve as the voice of the Customer, capturing needs and feedback to inform the Sales process and influence the Product roadmap.
- Provide support throughout the Customer journey, handling escalations, and reporting on Customer KPIs and SLAs.
Project Management
- Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and timely delivery of complex Customer solutions.
- Provide ongoing communication and progress updates to Customers and internal Stakeholders.
Business Analysis & Implementation
- Lead or participate in workshops to gather customer-specific requirements and produce Functional Specification Documents.
- Design and document customer-specific business processes using BPMN, ensuring alignment with our proprietary solutions.
- Deploy and maintain digitized workflows in our workflow engine.
- Organize and participate in UAT sessions, supporting customers through configuration, mapping, and change management.
What skills do you need to have?
- University Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
- At least 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Business Analysis roles.
- Proven experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams and timely delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Proficiency in BPMN for process design and optimization.
- Comfort in customer-facing roles, with experience presenting and leading workshops.
What’s nice to have?
- Prior experience in SaaS or PropTech environments is a plus.
- Experience working with and troubleshooting workflow engines (e.g., Camunda).
- Hands-on experience producing simple configuration changes, or consulting on integrations.
