Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy CRM Automation and Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a technical background (such as programming, IT, or similar fields) who are eager to learn and grow in the areas of product and marketing automation. You will work with cutting-edge tools like Customer.io, Make.com, n8n, and other integration platforms to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Setup & Maintenance:
Configure and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as Customer.io, Make.com, and n8n. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- Integration Management:
Set up and manage integrations between various tools and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
- Data Handling & Analysis:
Monitor and analyze data from automated processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Provide actionable insights based on automation performance.
- Continuous Learning & Development:
Stay updated on new tools, features, and trends in automation technologies. Actively participate in training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.
- Documentation & Reporting:
Create clear and concise documentation for automation workflows and processes. Report on automation impact and suggest areas for further improvement.
Qualifications:
- A technical background in programming, IT, computer science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of API integrations and working with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with at least one automation or integration tool (e.g., Customer.io, Make.com, n8n) is a plus.
- Understanding of data handling and formats like JSON, XML, or CSV.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
