Who are we looking for?
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team. As the Customer Care Agent at Prosperty, you will play a crucial role in customer experience, interacting on a daily basis to guide and inform customers through our processes and products using multiple communication channels. You will be the ”voice” of Prosperty through every customer’s ears by handling every single communication according to our values. You will work closely with several departments and teams, working for a common goal to ensure excellent customer service. Being part of a dynamic team, will give you the opportunity to share experience with, broaden your knowledge and unleash your potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure valuable customer service experience
- Text leads for qualification, as to comply to Prosperty KPIs and metrics
- Support Real Estate Sales Consultants by ensuring data validation & quality
- Complete additional assigned tasks, as required, and monitor the smooth completion of requests
- Maintain a high level of quality and productivity, as per department standards
Qualifications & Skills
· At least 1 year of experience in a relative position is a must
· Multitasking and critical thinking for handling all channels of communication
· Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both Greek and English.
· Good perception in using customer relationship management(CRM) systems.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Bachelor degree will be considered as a Plus.
