Be part of the team behind some of the most complex real estate transactions in the market.
At Prosperty, we manage large-scale real estate portfolios and transactions for banks, servicers and institutional investors.
We’re looking for a Legal Advisor with strong real estate experience who combines legal expertise with a practical, solution-oriented approach. Someone who doesn’t just identify legal issues, but takes ownership of resolving them and keeping transactions moving.
Who We Are:
Prosperty is a technology-driven real estate company combining real estate expertise, technology and data to manage properties and transactions on a scale.
Our Legal team works at the heart of this ecosystem, supporting complex real estate cases and helping transactions move forward with speed, accuracy and legal certainty.
What You’ll Do:
- Real Estate Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence of property titles and handle title corrections, encumbrances, seizures, pre-notations, cadastral and urban-planning matters.
- Transactions & Contracts: Support property transfers, sales and leases, including drafting and negotiating Sale Contracts, Preliminary Agreements and Lease Agreements.
- Closing & Issue Resolution: Attend notarial deed executions and proactively identify and resolve legal or procedural issues that could delay completion.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with banks, funds, law firms, notaries, engineers, public authorities and internal teams to drive cases through to completion.
- Portfolio & Regulatory Monitoring: Track open matters and reporting, coordinate client follow-ups and monitor legislative developments related to REOs, auctions and real estate law.
What You’ll Bring:
- Law degree from a recognized Greek institution and membership in a Greek Bar Association.
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience, with strong exposure to real estate matters and transactions.
- Hands-on experience with REOs, auctions and/or institutional real estate portfolios, ideally within a real estate portfolio management company, investment company, fund or servicer.
- Very good knowledge of the Greek Cadastre, Civil Procedure Code and urban-planning framework.
- Strong ability to manage multiple cases, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Very good command of Greek and English.
What You’ll Get
- Real exposure, not just legal paperwork: Work on complex institutional real estate cases from due diligence through to closing and see the direct impact of your work.
- A seat close to the business: Legal doesn’t operate in isolation. You’ll work directly with Asset Management, Operations, commercial teams and institutional clients.
- Ownership from day one: Take responsibility for your own cases and stakeholders, with the autonomy to drive matters forward.
- Technology as part of the job: Work in an environment where technology, data and AI are increasingly used to simplify workflows, remove repetitive work and make real estate operations faster.
Before You Apply:
This role is probably for you if your first instinct is to ask:
- What exactly is blocking this transaction?
- Who do I need to coordinate with to resolve it?
- How can we move this forward without compromising legal certainty?
If that’s how you approach real estate legal work, we’d love to meet you.
