What We’re Looking For
As a Product Manager, you will help drive the development of Prosperty’s digital products, supporting both our core platform and new B2C initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to transform ideas into scalable products, ensuring that features are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who combines product thinking, technical understanding, and strong ownership, and is excited about building innovative products using emerging technologies such as AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the lifecycle of product features from ideation to launch.
- Define product requirements, write clear specifications, and communicate them effectively to engineering teams.
- Work closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver product initiatives.
- Support the development of AI-driven MVPs and experimental product features.
- Coordinate multiple parallel product streams, including core platform improvements and new B2C initiatives.
- Use tools such as Jira to track product progress and manage development workflows.
- Continuously analyze product performance and user feedback to improve features and user experience.
- Ensure strong documentation and clear communication across teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role in a tech environment.
- Experience working with engineering teams and managing product development cycles.
- Strong written communication skills for writing product specs and documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar product management platforms.
- Experience working with AI-driven MVPs or AI product features is a strong plus.
- Tech-savvy mindset and ability to collaborate closely with engineering and data teams.
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and experimentation environments is a plus.
