What We ‘re Looking For:
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Hub Operations & Data Analyst to join us. The Hub Operations & Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting and scaling the company’s Hub model. The role combines data analysis, operational coordination, and partner support, ensuring that Hubs operate efficiently, are financially monitored, and aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data & Reporting: Produce regular reports and insights based on CRM data related to Hubs (leads, viewings, listings, conversions, etc.). Analyze performance metrics across Hubs and provide actionable insights to management.
- Financial Monitoring: Monitor and analyze budgets per Hub, including closings, revenues, expenses, and overall profitability. Track financial KPIs and support cost control and performance optimization.
- Market Research & Growth Strategy: Conduct market research and data analysis to support the company’s expansion strategy. Map new geographic areas, assess market potential, and analyze competition.
- Hub & Partner Operations: Act as a primary point of contact for Certified Partners regarding operational and procedural matters. Support Certified Partners with day-to-day operational questions and system usage.
- Listings Management & Quality Control: Upload and manage property listings in company systems on behalf of Certified Partners. Perform quality control on listings coming from Hubs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand standards.
- Invoices & Vendor Management: Review, validate, and manage invoices related to Hubs and external suppliers. Ensure proper documentation and coordination with finance teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in operations, data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM and financial data.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work cross-functionally with partners, operations, and management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, structured but evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate, proptech, marketplaces, or multi-hub / multi-location models.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Basic financial understanding (P&L, budgets, KPIs).
