This information note aims to inform the user of the website www.theprosperty.com (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) about the processing of their personal data.

This information note aims to inform the principal of the mediation agreement fo a property (hereinafter referred to as the “Principal”) about the processing of their personal data.
The purpose of processing the Principal’s data is property mediation for sale/purchase/leasing/renting of a property (as applicable). The legal bases for the aforementioned processing are: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, while the data retention period for the Principal’s data extends until the completion of the service and any legal consequences arising from it.
The personal data collected are those required for the Company’s mediation and service execution, such as: name, surname, VAT number, email address, mobile phone number, address, property characteristics and description, documents related to property ownership or legal status (such as property titles, encumbrances), documents related to urban planning status of the property (such as building permits), photographic material related to the property, or any other data necessary for the service execution.
Recipients of the data, besides the Company, may include external collaborators of the company for assistance in service execution, as well as interested buyers/sellers/lessors/lessees (as applicable).
You retain the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of data collection and processing based on your consent prior to withdrawal, and without affecting any lawful rights of the Company for its defense and interests (such as claiming its fee in case of successful mediation and execution of the service). For the declaration of withdrawal and any other matter related to personal data processing, you can send an email to dpo@theprosperty.com.
The Company ensures prompt response to data subjects’ requests for exercising their rights according to current legislation. Specifically, every data subject has the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to the processing of their personal data.
In case of exercising any of the aforementioned rights, there will be an immediate response [in any case within thirty (30) days from the submission of the request], and the data subject will be informed about the progress of their satisfaction.For any complaints regarding this information note or personal data protection matters, you can send an email to dpo@theprosperty.com.
