On the ground floor, there is a large paved terrace and an outdoor sitting area with a large fireplace, a reception hall, a bar, a breakfast-dining room, and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen serving breakfast and meals, with the capacity to serve up to 300 people in case of large events.
In the basement, there are all auxiliary facilities, such as food and clothing storage, laundry rooms, toilets, staff room, boiler room, and fuel storage. Additionally, there is a space under development for conferences with a capacity of 70 people, with heating and ventilation.
The hotel also has a computerized system at the reception, washing machines, dryers, and clothes irons, as well as automatic transfer and monitoring by the Public Power Corporation in case of power outage. Heating and hot water supply are provided by pellet and heating oil.
Finally, there is a large OTIS elevator serving all floors, accessible to people with disabilities.
