The building consists of a basement, a ground floor raised by 1.8 meters from the ground, the first floor, the second floor, and an attic. The floor area of each floor is approximately 410 square meters.
In the basement, there are facilities such as a breakfast preparation kitchen, a central power station, fire extinguishing systems, and central air conditioning, elevator machinery room, shared men's/women's toilets, storage rooms, and laundry facilities, as well as an additional unified space of about 300 square meters.
On the ground floor, there are reception areas, a breakfast room, a bar, an office, and guest rooms.
On the upper floors, there are guest rooms, linen closets, and storage spaces.
