Luxury apartment building of high aesthetics and energy efficiency, in the heart of the city, with direct access to the train station and public transport. The apartments are designed based on the Minimal Interior Design principles and are characterised by their unique, state-of-the-art architecture (as well as the building as a whole). They have large openings as well as large balconies with unobstructed views. Each apartment is typologically different, ergonomic and functional and is equipped with smart technology. The kitchens and bathrooms are specially designed for each owner in collaboration with experienced interior designers. The design, the equipment and the construction materials that we use, such as the installed photovoltaic system, the thermal facade 10 cm around the building, the energy frames certified in Germany, the natural gas installation, etc., contribute decisively to energy and money saving while rendering the building energy class A +, based on a K.
